Chief Executive Officer ~ Bailey Kaplan

 

Bailey is our current Chief Executive Officer and has served in the past as our Chief Operating Officer and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chair.  She is triple majoring in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, and Psychology.  Within Theta, her goals are to implement clearer and more frequent lines of communication and feedback between members and leadership, as well as to help members feel as though Theta is providing them with opportunities and personal development.  Outside of Theta, she is passionate about technology and innovation, and loves to learn about how we can use big data to improve people's everyday lives! In her free time she likes to cook, travel, and run.  A fun fact about Bailey is that she has run three half marathons!

Chief Operating Officer ~ Makena Ray

 

Makena is our current Chief Operating Officer and served in the past as a Class Representative on our Membership Development Committee.  She is a Pre-Medical student majoring in Biology.  Within Theta, her goal is to create an environment of care and understanding so that every member can achieve their best self.  Outside of Theta, her hobbies include painting, taking care of her pets and plants, and listening to podcasts.  A fun fact about Makena is that her favorite Disney movie is Lilo and Stitch!


Human Resources Director ~ Cassidy Hill

Cassidy is currently serving in her first position within our chapter as our Human Resources Director.  She is majoring in Psychology with minors in Social Work, Childhood Studies, and Spanish.  Within Theta, her goals are to plan fun sisterhoods that give members a chance to get to know each other better and to encourage communication with different members.  Outside of Theta, she enjoys running, reading, and being in nature!  A fun fact about Cassidy is that she is obsessed with sunflowers!


Event Director ~ Katherine Ives

Katherine is currently serving in her first position within our chapter, as our Event Director.  She is a Nursing major with a minor in Business Management.  Within Theta, her goal is to increase chapter connections through this tough time and help members feel supported.  Outside of Theta, she loves to read, go to Orange Theory to run, make homemade cards, decorate Tervis tumblers, and bake.  She spends a lot of time working in the hospital and for a primary care physician - healthcare has her heart!


Chief Learning Officer ~ Kate Ptashnik

Kate is our current Chief Learning Officer and has served in the past as our Executive Assistant and our Greek Games Chair.  She is a Pre-Dental student majoring in Nutritional Biochemistry and minoring in Chemistry and Business Management.  Within Theta, her goal is to increase chapter attendance at option, fun events this next year as we return to in-person activities.  Outside of Theta, she enjoys baking, swimming, bike riding, lifting, and playing video games with her friends.  A fun fact about Kate is that she knows how to effectively escape when trapped in an elevator.

New Member Director ~ Danielle Sirivat

 

Danielle is our current New Member Director and has served in the past on our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, Recruitment Committee, Bylaws Committee, and as the Intramurals Chair.  She is double majoring in Biology and Environmental Studies.  Within Theta, her goal is to make the incoming new members feel right at home in our chapter and help their transition to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible.  Outside of Theta, Danielle holds an interest in wildlife and plant biology, and loves to fence and to foster cats!


Chief Financial Officer ~ Tess Butler

Tess is our current Chief Financial Officer and served in the past on our Nomination Committee. She is a nursing major.  Within Theta, her goal is to create connections in the chapter and get members to know each other better.  Outside of Theta, she loves being outside, trying new things, and drinking good coffee. She is also excited to rock her Bessie’s Angels hat all summer at camp!

 


Faculty Management Director ~ Regina Sosa

 

Regina is currently serving in her first position within our chapter, as our Faculty Management Director.  She is double majoring in International Business and International Studies.  Within Theta, her goal is to create a welcoming and familial environment in the T-House for everyone.  Outside of Theta, she enjoys reading, trying new foods, exploring new places, and supporting small businesses.  A fun fact about Regina is that she loves concerts and is always down to be a concert buddy!


Chief Recruiting Officer ~ Daniella Rupert

 

Daniella is our current Chief Recruiting Officer and served in the past as our Chief External Affairs Officer.  She is double majoring in Biomedical Engineering on the Biomechanics track and Business Management as it applies to healthcare.  Within Theta, her current goal is to make our recruitment process the best it can be for both our members and the potential new members.  Outside of Theta, her hobbies include swimming, biking, and reading.  A fun fact about Daniella is that she was named after a Tahitian island!

Chief Panhellenic Officer ~ Miranda Wu-Georges

 

Miranda is currently serving in her first position within our chapter as our Chief Panhellenic Officer.  She is Pre-Medical student double majoring in Nutrition and Biochemistry.  Within Theta, her goal is to to increase and improve relationships between our members and the Panhellenic Council, the overall Greek community, and intercepter relations.  Outside of Theta, she enjoys baking, traveling, and skiing.  A fun fact about Miranda is that she has a Theta twin (Makena!)


Chief External Affairs Officer ~ Victoria Ortiz

 

Victoria is our current Chief External Affairs Officer and served in the past as our Faculty Management Director.  She is double majoring in Psychology and Sociology and is Pre-Law.  Within Theta, her personal goal is to create more bonds with both the newer and older members.  Outside of Theta, she enjoys binging Netflix, running, doing yoga, and cooking.  A fun fact about Victoria is that she is a die-hard fan of The Weeknd!


Philanthropy Director ~ Hannah Olivares

 

Hannah is our current Philanthropy Director and served in the past as our Human Resources Director.  She is a Biomedical Engineering major with minors in Macromolecular Science and Engineering.  Within Theta, her goals include building the chapter’s relationship with Bessie’s Engels and conducting a successful philanthropy event with CASA in the fall.  Outside of Theta, her hobbies include crafting anything and everything, especially for her friends.  She loves Theta with her whole heart, and is excited to be in a chapter with all of her friends!


Online Media Director ~ Bri McMonagle

Bri is our current Online Media Director and served in the past as a Class Representative for our Membership Development Committee.  She is a Pre-Medical student double majoring in Chemical Biology and Cognitive Science, with a minor in Gerontological Studies.  Within Theta, her goal is to increase member interaction and engagement both within our chapter as well as extending into the surrounding community.  Outside of Theta, she enjoys making art, playing with her huge dogs, and spending time with her friends and family.  A fun fact about Bri is that she learned from Kate how to effectively escape when trapped in an elevator.
